Things we treat...

Urgent medical needs: respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, injuries, lacerations, medication refills, cerumen impaction, vertigo, and more.

Work or School related needs:  Workplace physicals, FMCSA (CDL) Physicals, Coast Guard Physicals, School and Sports Physicals, Tb Testing.

Preventative medical needs:  Routine labs, annual wellness visits, medication management, well-woman exams, PAP Smears, preventative screening referrals.

Insurance we accept…

We accept HMSA PPO Plans

Otherwise, we accept direct-pay fees and will provide Superbills for out-of-network services which our patients can submit to their insurance plans for reimbursement.

Direct-Pay Fees:

Initial (Establish Care Visits):  $175-300

Follow-up Visits:  $100-150

Established Patient Visits: $100-150

Telehealth Visits: $75

Well-Women Visits: $200
