Urgent medical needs: respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, injuries, lacerations, medication refills, cerumen impaction, vertigo, and more.
Work or School related needs: Workplace physicals, FMCSA (CDL) Physicals, Coast Guard Physicals, School and Sports Physicals
Preventative medical needs: Routine labs, annual wellness visits, medication management, well-woman exams, PAP Smears, preventative screening referrals.
Aesthetic needs: Sun damage, fine lines, wrinkles, rosacea, melasma, telangiectasias, spider veins, reticular veins, acne, acne scars, surgical scars.

We accept HMSA PPO Plans
Otherwise, we accept direct-pay fees and will provide Superbills for out-of-network services which our patients can submit to their insurance plans for reimbursement.
We will respond to any inquiries within 24 hours M-F, and on Monday following any weekend inquiries.
Jessica was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and acquired her first love of medicine working as an EMT in the Emergency Room at Maui Memorial. After years of working as a Paramedic, she saw a great need for increased access to Primary Care and went on to earn her Masters in Clinical Health Sciences from the University of Washington School of Family Medicine - MEDEX NW Physician Assistant program. She enjoys working with her patients to help them achieve the best health possible.

Dr. Kayla grew up fishing and berry picking in the island town of Ketchikan, Alaska. Specializing in general medicine with focus on disease prevention as well as blending Eastern and Western techniques, Dr. Luhrs likes to build a personal relationship with clients to understand their life goals, and provide healthcare that will allow them to grow in their dreams. She is a board-certified Family Medicine MD, and is involved in practices located in Hawaii, Alaska, Oregon and Nebraska.

Passionate about quality healthcare and her community, Audra delivers patient focused treatment plans to her aesthetic patients. Raised on the island by healthcare providers, and a graduate of University of Hawaii School of Nursing herself, she continues to learn and train to continue a legacy of excellence.
Audra Lard RN
Born and raised in Hilo, David has always had a strong commitment to caring for his community. His medical career began as a sergeant in the Army. Since those early days, he has continued his work as a Paramedic for the Honolulu City and County as well as other counties throughout the State of Hawaii. After his first Masters degree, in Public Administration he went to work for the Hawaii State Department of Health, all the while working as a medical educator at Honolulu Community College and Kapiolani Community. He graduated from University of Washington School of Medicine - MEDEX NW Physician Assistant Program with a Masters in Clinical Health Sciences in 2014, and he is currently a clinician as well as Operations Supervisor for American Medical Response.
David Mendonsa PA-C
Dr. Lori is an Emergency Medicine Specialist and has over 40 years of experience in the medical field. She graduated from Temple University in 1982. Since retiring from the Emergency Departments and Urgent Care Settings, she has focused on Aesthetic Medicine and currently fulfills the role of Supervising Physician for the aesthetic services offerred at Paradise Medical.
